Welcome to Sprint CV. By accessing and continuing to browse this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern our relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these Terms of Service, please navigate away from Sprint CV.
Sprint CV and SprintCV.com are trading names of Softxperts Consulting Lda (“Softxperts”, “us”, “we”), a private limited company registered in Portugal with registration number 510777503 and having its registered address at Estrada da Ameixoeira 43 C/V 1750-014 Lisboa. The term ‘you’ refers to the user, account holder, viewer or provider who from time to time has access to and makes use of our website.
Access to and use of Sprint CV is subject to the terms and conditions of use set out in these Terms of Service (“the Terms of Service”).
Terms of service
The Terms of Service is between you (“you”, “the User”) and Softxperts concerning your use of the Internet World Wide Web site currently located at SprintCV.com (together with any successor site(s) and services (as defined below), “the Site”).
All templates, services and additional content made available through Sprint CV since the last version of the Terms of Service shall be automatically deemed to be part of the Terms of Services when they are first made available to the users, regardless of their inclusion in the Terms of Service at that time.
The user accepts and assumes all risks in using the Service.
General use
By using Sprint CV you agree to the collection, use and transfer of your personal data so that we can help you manage your CV, manage your consultant’s CV, professional templates and applications, helping you to focus on what matters.
Your use of SprintCV.com is therefore restricted to management of your Sprint CV profile and the completion of industry CV templates with your own personal information. The completed templates are yours and can be stored, altered and transmitted as you consider necessary.
Otherwise, with SprintCV.com you may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages, templates or profile information from SprintCV.com for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions. Softxperts will not screen, edit, review or monitor your CV or generated templates to determine suitability for employment, nor will we consider any Sprint CV users for employment with Softxperts.
We are not and shall not be responsible for recruiting, hiring, or any other decisions related to employment with respect to the Sprint CV users.
We make no representations as to the quality, truth, accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of information contained in a CV, nor to the ability of a potential employer to offer opportunities to individuals, nor the ability of individuals to fill job openings. User information appearing on the Site is the responsibility of the users, Softxperts is not responsible for its maintenance and will not be held liable for any inaccuracies, errors or misrepresentations or losses (financial or otherwise) arising from reliance upon such information.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Republish material from Sprint CV (including to another website);
- reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise re-use Sprint CV material for commercial purposes;
- display SprintCV.com in public screens;
- sell, rent or sub-license Sprint CV material;
- edit or otherwise modify Sprint CV material;
You must not use Sprint CV in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
You must not use this website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to or can be considered to be) spyware, a computer virus or any other malicious computer code, software or program.
You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to Sprint CV without Softxperts’ express written consent.
You must not modify or adapt SprintCV.com in any way.
User profiles
To create your profile, you must state your full name and date of birth and provide a valid email address. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Sprint CV.
Each user profile is personal and for individual use – sharing common profile and ‘login’ information amongst several users is forbidden.
You are responsible for the information included in your profile and for all activity that takes place on your profile.
You are fully responsible for keeping your profile and security information safe and confidential. Softxperts cannot and will not be held responsible for any loss (financial or otherwise) or damage in the event of your failure to ensure this security obligation.
Softxperts reserves the right of refusing to provide the Service to any individual or company for any reason, at any given moment.
Restricted access
Access to certain areas of SprintCV.com are restricted. Softxperts reserves the right to restrict access of any user(s) to these or any other areas of SprintCV.com, and may extend such restrictions to the entire website, at our sole discretion.
Softxperts may disable your user ID and password or restrict the access rights at our sole discretion without notice or explanation.
User content and information
Collection, processing and transmission of user data is covered by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
In these Terms of Service, “user content and information” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio and video material) that you include in your Sprint CV profile, for whatever purpose.
Your user content and information must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or Softxperts or any third party (under any applicable laws).
You must not submit any user content and information to the website that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.
Softxperts does not intend to interfere with user content and information, but reserves the right to edit or remove any material submitted to Sprint CV, or stored on our servers, or hosted or published on Sprint CV where that information may present or appear to present concerns under the previous two paragraphs.
Notwithstanding Softxperts’ rights under these Terms of Service in relation to user content and information, Softxperts does not undertake to monitor the submission of such content to, or the publication of such content on, Sprint CV.
CV’s generated through the site are the sole responsibility of the user. Softxperts will not be held liable for any loss arising from a defect, error or omission in the generated template. You should therefore review each CV after generation and notify us via email of any concerns.
Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms
Account and service payment should be made via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
If you sign up for and acquire the service based on a payment plan and you fail to cancel the account at the end of 30 days, our team will contact you to determine if you wish to cancel the service or if we proceed with the billing for the service plan selected.
If during the trial period you ask for or choose a Service Upgrade, the free trial period will automatically end, and the Service will be invoiced immediately.
The Service is billed in advance, according to the interval contracted. You are entitled to request refund or credit for not used contracted months.
You are responsible for paying any costs, charges, taxes or lawful obligations for the use of the Service.
The agreed price does not include any charges, taxes or obligations imposed by the tax authorities.
If you choose or wish to upgrade your account plan, payment for that service will be invoiced immediately.
The Service price for an account will not be reduced and is not subject to renegotiation with Softxperts.
Changes to Service and Prices
Softxperts reserves the right to update, modify or replace the Terms of Service, from time to time. When a change occurs you will be requested on the following login to confirm your continued consent to those terms.
You may access the latest version of these Terms of Service at any time at; http://www.sprintcv.com/terms.
Softxperts may choose to discontinue the Service (or any part of it) on a temporary basis without prior notice, or on a permanent basis with 30 consecutive days prior notice.
Such discontinuation of Sprint CV in whole or in part may occur whenever we identify the need to perform systems changes or corrections. Temporary discontinuation and changes to Sprint CV for the correction of software issues, perfecting features, general improvements or launching new versions aimed at improving Sprint CV. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages that may result or be the outcome of a termination or suspension of your profile or access to Sprint CV for any reason.
All Service prices, including but not limited to the monthly fee for the Service’s charge rate, are subject to changes pending a prior 30-day notice. That notice can be given at any time through the publishing of the changes on the SprintCV.com website (www.sprintcv.com or on the Service itself.
Neither the user nor any third parties can hold Softxperts accountable contractually, extra-contractually, criminally or in any other form for any changes or alterations to prices, or the suspension or termination of the Service
Termination, Cancellation and Leaving Sprint CV
If you no longer want your data to be collected, used, stored or transferred as described in the Terms of Service and / or our Privacy Policy, you may revoke your consent to the Privacy Policy and delete your Sprint CV profile. Your profile information and CV(s) will be removed from Sprint CV.
It is your sole responsibility for adequately deleting your account. Deletion can be completed at any time through you Sprint CV profile. The account screen provides a simple cancellation link. No other communication methods (including by email or telephone) will be considered adequate and will not lead to deletion of your profile
If the Service is cancelled before the end of the contracted period, the cancelation will be effective immediately. In case of credit available a possible refund can be requested.
You may remove your CV and profile from Sprint CV at any time. You should note however that anyone who viewed or received your CV or industry template may have kept a copy of it in their own records.
Your profile will expire if you do not sign-in or interact with Sprint CV for 24 months. Your profile will be marked as inactive and you will be notified that you have one month to reactivate the profile, or it will be terminated permanently.
At our own discretion, Softxperts may suspend or terminate any user profile and / or refuse any and all present and future use of Sprint CV, or of any other service provided by Softxperts, for any reason, at any time. Termination of the service will result in deactivation and/or suppression of your profile and can include preventing access to your profile, as well as the right to confiscate all content from your profile.
In the event of permanent discontinuation of the Service, Softxperts will inform the user of the fact with a notice, 30 (thirty) days before the date in which the aforementioned termination will occur. Violation of any of the conditions established in the Terms of Service enables Softxperts to terminate the infringing user’s account; The user understands and agrees that Softxperts cannot be held accountable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damage, including but not limited to: damage for loss of profit, good faith, misuse, data or other intangible losses (even if Softxperts was warned of the possibility of such losses), resulting from their use of the Site or third party products they access through the Site;
Intellectual property rights
Softxperts is the owner of the Sprint CV service and all copyright and intellectual property rights associated with it. However, Softxperts does not claim any intellectual propriety rights over user content and information, profile details or CVs generated by Sprint CV.
The data is yours
All the data inserted by you is yours. You are free to delete or change it at any time.
General terms
These Terms of Service, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on SprintCV.com constitute the entire agreement between us and you in relation to your use of Sprint CV, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Softxperts uses partners and providers for hosting hardware, software, networks, storage and related technologies needed to run Sprint CV.
The user can’t use the image, contents and information of the Service’s Website, not even to modify another site, so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Softxperts and/or Sprint CV, or with any other service provided by Softxperts.
Softxperts cannot guarantee that (i) Sprint CV will satisfy your particular needs, (ii) will be continuous, timely, safe or error free, (iii) the results that can be obtained will be exact or reliable, (iv) the quality of products, services information or other material bought or acquired by the user through Sprint CV will meet your expectations, and (v) any mistakes on the service will be corrected.
The user explicitly understands and agrees that Softxperts cannot be held accountable for any direct, indirect, accidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: damages for loss of profit, good faith, misuse, data or other intangible losses (even if Softxperts was warned of the possibility of such losses), resulting of: (i) the use or the inability to use the service, (ii) the cost of acquiring replacement goods and services as a result of any goods, data, information or services acquired or obtained, or messages received or operations contracted through the service, (iii) unauthorized access or changes to your data transmissions, (iv) declarations or conduct by third parties upon the Service, (v) or any other questions regarding the Service.

Cookies
SprintCV.com uses cookies to monitor your browsing preferences. If you do allow cookies to be used, certain personal information, including your IP address, will be stored by us to maintain your session. This information is not shared with third parties.
The collected cookies allow us to:
- remember information about you, so you don’t have to give it to us every time you visit SprintCV.com
- to keep you signed in, even across multiple devices
- to help us understand how people are using Sprint CV, so we can improve the user experience.
These cookies are First-party cookies, set by SprintCV.com and readable only by us. They let you access all sections of SprintCV.com and without them, full use of the website would not be possible. SprintCV.com records when you login, remembers what you have done and the information you have provided so that it is still there when you navigate away but return during that session.
Breaches of these terms and conditions
Without prejudice to Softxperts other rights under these Terms of Service, any breach may lead to Softxperts taking any action it deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to Sprint CV, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and may also extend to bringing court proceedings against you, where considered necessary.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Sprint CV is governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Portugal.
Any dispute, difference or questions between the Parties, with respect to any matter arising out of or relating with the Site, shall be exclusively settled under the jurisdiction of Portuguese Courts.
No warranties
This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, errors and omissions and Softxperts makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Additionally, nothing contained on this Website shall be construed as providing counsel or advice to you.
